ABOUT US
Leading the Way in Medical Office Investments
NHP knows healthcare and real estate. This combination of medical industry knowledge and broad-based real estate experience gives us special insight into the medical office market. We lead exhaustive property searches, partnering with industry leaders to find high quality offerings - many not on the public market. Our detailed due diligence process reviews operational efficiency, cash flow and appreciation potential. In the end, only investments meeting our strict criteria are presented to our clients.
Flexible, Comprehensive Solutions
We handle a variety of transaction options including syndications, Tenants-In-Common (TICs) and 1031 exchanges. Our opportunities also offer flexibility in property size and investment amount, allowing our clients to find a solution that meets their individual needs.
Of equal importance, these solutions don't end once an investment is made. We provide investors with detailed monthly reporting on each property. We also offer asset management, leasing, construction management and brokerage services to assist you with every aspect of your investment.
